FACTS ABOUT THAILAND

Thailand is a country about twice the size of Wyoming and a population of close to 65 million. The country was established in 1238 and became unified in the mid-14th century. It was known as Siam until 1939 and became a constitutional monarchy in 1932. The current King Phumiphon was born in the USA on December 5th, 1927.
